A village girl leaves her hometown in Vietnam to search for her long-lost sister in cosmopolitan Singapore, but instead melts the heart of a crippled but once successful and arrogant lawyer. My bride star, although it is already 2 years old, now I just finished watching it, and the truth is that it seemed to me such a simple and beautiful story, simple but at the same time hearttouching. the female lead is such a pure and good character without falling into stupidity that has made me fall in love throughout the drama.
The male protagonist with that tsundere personality, but at the same time so concerned for everyone and without wanting to worry anyone in his family, I also liked it a lot.
Actually, all the actors and stories told in the course of the drama have seemed so real and sincere to me that the style of this drama has really surprised me for good, that I wonder if there will be another one that is that simple, real and well acted that is of the same kind and same country. The first time I watch something from Singapore and I really liked it so much.
