BSAA agent Chris Redfield is tracking an American-American merchant and former CIA operative Glenn Arias, who wants from both Interpol and the FBI. Arius is on a mission of vengeance against the U.S. government for killing his friends and family in drone strikes at his wedding. Chris and his fellow agents infiltrate a mansion in Mexico, to save their missing undercover source, Kathy White. Inside the mansion, Chris’s fellow agents are ambushed by zombies and death traps, in which Chris is the only survivor and barely surviving it. Chris then comes face-to-face with Arias outside the mansion and loses a close fight with him. Then he discovers that Kathy has become a zombie under the control of Arias. As Aras exits with his colleagues, Maria and Diego Gomez, BSA saves Chris by killing Kathy and the remaining zombie hordes. Meanwhile, Professor Rebecca Chambers, former S.T.A.R.S. member of the Mansion Event Unit and Survivor, studied a new virus “Annie-Virus” ” – “A-virus” As has been – which is able to keep any person inactive until the right trigger submission. She identifies three components of the virus: base virus, trigger virus and vaccine. Research labs are soon attacked by Maria, and leaves the virus through aerosol forms. While her collaborators quickly turn into zombies, Rebecca is able to prepare a vaccine to make herself immune. After closing some zombies, Rebecca is rescued by Chris, who tells her about her mission.
